Друзья, читаю вот интервью о новой кулинарной книжке уважаемого магазина Williams Sonoma. (Вот оно)
Там есть такой чудесное выражение, применительно к рецептам:
Who is the cookbook for?
Pretty much everyone! For the novice because it has setting up technique tips and all the information for beginners but also inspiration for the seasoned cook too. Not a lot of frou frou. The building flavors section is great for the experienced cook.

Искренне интересуюсь о чем здесь идет речь. Идеи?
